Stains and dyes are frequently used in biology and medicine to highlight structures in biological tissues for viewing, often with the aid of different microscopes. Stains may be used to define , examine and classifying different blood cells.
Dyeing of cells are used to identify the different parts of the cell, or to colour the whole cell so that the scientist can identify the cell from a group of cells.

we can use chemical staining to identify the different parts of the cell, with the aid of using a powerful microscope like the electron microscope

We can use a chemical to stain different parts of the cell and the help of a powerful microscope

Answers: Oil immersion, microtome, dyes for staining - improved microscopy. Components identified include cell wall, plasma membrane, cytoplasm, vacuole and nucleus.
